Her career pivoted from a dedicated trainer to a visionary instructional designer, driven by a singular question: “What makes training truly stick?”
This inquiry led Kate to master the art of crafting programs that ensure employees not only absorb information but are empowered to apply it immediately in their roles. Her project management acumen, combined with a rigorous commitment to instructional design principles, forms the bedrock of Mt. Vernon Consulting’s success.
A Kirkpatrick Bronze Level certified professional, Kate grounds her work in the world’s premier training evaluation methodology, ensuring measurable impact. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor’s from John Carroll University.
